Full-Time Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary:

$55,000 – $75,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary

We’re hiring a full-time Mechanic to join our Coatesville Pennsylvania team. You’ll be keeping our fleet of sweeper trucks, trailers, landscaping equipment, and medium-duty trucks running smoothly. If you’re sharp with diagnostics, confident around electric-over-hydraulic systems, and prefer tools over office work — this is your kind of job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and outdoor service equipment
• Troubleshoot electric-over-hydraulic systems (pumps, actuators, controls)
• Perform regular preventative maintenance
• Keep clear records of inspections, repairs, and parts
• Order necessary parts and manage shop supplies
• Respond to on-site equipment issues (limited, local travel as needed)
• Work safely and help keep our workspace clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a mechanic (fleet, heavy equipment, or diesel preferred)
• Strong knowledge of electric-over-hydraulic systems
• Proficient with diagnostic tools, meters, and repair equipment
• Diesel and gas engine experience required
• Valid driver’s license Class A CDL required
• Welding/fabrication skills a plus
• Self-starter who takes pride in clean, professional work

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Comfortable working outside year-round
• Able to stand, kneel, and move around equipment as needed
