Job Details:

External Title: Mechanic - Field Service

Internal Title: Field Service Technician

This position is based out of the Columbus, Ohio branch and will support Grove City, Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Crown and other makes of lift trucks.
2. Perform all planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
3. Maintain a service vehicle and inventory.
4. Complete all required paperwork after each job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely.
• Preferred: Technical degree, lift truck repair experience, welding skills, and familiarity with testing equipment.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $23.85 to $35.35 per hour.

Crown will only employ individuals legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants with temporary visas or requiring sponsorship are ineligible.
