Davidson Hospitality Group in Islamorada, FL, is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Engineer to keep our resort's facilities in top condition. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, plus strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
