Job summary

Quality Electrodynamics, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer II to develop and optimize mechanical/electromechanical manufacturing processes in a U.S. facility in New York. You will improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost through DFx/DFO alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes tool design, fixture development, equipment qualification, and data-driven improvements across NPI readiness and production support.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an engineer in a professional environment.
Experience with RF Coil manufacturing or Advanced Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for mechanical/electromechanical products.
Collaborate with and coach Engineering on design for operations (DFO).
Design and redesign areas of new and existing products for product and business goals.
Serve as operations liaison for NPIs and production launches.
