Dauch Corporation in Oxford, MI is seeking an Engineering College Co-op to support manufacturing and engineering operations through daily reporting, time studies, and lean-improvement projects.

You will work 32 hours per week, Mon-Fri, year-round, pursuing a Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering degree with a 3.0 GPA; graduation December 2027 or later. This role provides hands-on experience in a global automotive supplier environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree full-time in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Available to work at least 32 hours per week, Monday–Friday, year-round.

Responsabilités

• Conducts time studies and cycle time checks.
• Creates performance-based reports.
• Conducts delay studies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assists Manufacturing team with lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly.
• All other duties as assigned.
