Dauch Corporation invites college co-ops to join the Driveline and Metal Forming plant in Three Rivers, Michigan. The program offers hands-on experience across engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, HR, finance, EH&S, maintenance, IT and quality.

Selected students will support daily operations, learn from leadership, and develop practical skills in a collaborative environment. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with a 3.0+ GPA and commit to 25 hours

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field with an April 2027 graduation date or later.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; able to learn other programs used across departments.
• Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering cycle times, TPM tracking, data reporting and leadership communications.
• Support manufacturing and industrial engineering tasks, process documentation, and controls.
• Contribute to supply chain activities including material flow improvements and audits.
• Support HR life-cycle recruiting, orientations and benefits administration as needed.
• Assist finance with daily reporting, petty cash processes and month-end tasks.
• Provide IT and maintenance support tasks and assist with safety audits and reporting.
