Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Engineering College Co-op to gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing and engineering operations through daily reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and project-based assignments.

You will conduct time studies, create performance reports, analyze delays, and assist the Manufacturing team with lean implementation in manufacturing and assembly while working year-round at 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university, preferably in a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering major.
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
• Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
• Create performance-based reports.
• Conduct delay studies to loss areas and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist Manufacturing team with lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly.

Education

Engineering major (Mechanical/Manufacturing)

Graduation date: May 2027 or later

GPA 3.0 or higher
