Dauch Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineering College Co-op to support manufacturing and engineering operations in a hands-on role. You will assist with time studies, reporting, and lean-improvement projects across the production environment.

The co-op is designed for students pursuing Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering degrees, with a December 2027 graduation timeline or later, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and a 32-hour-per-week commitment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree full-time at an accredited college or university in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering.
• Graduation date December 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.

Responsabilités

• Conducts time studies and cycle time checks.
• Creates performance-based reports.
• Conducts delay studies to loss areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assists Manufacturing team with implementation of lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly department.
• All other duties as assigned.
