Dauch Corporation invites undergraduates to join its Engineering Co-Op program in Michigan. The role focuses on hands-on support for manufacturing and engineering operations through daily reporting, continuous improvement, and project tasks.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Mechanical/Manufacturing degree with a 3.0 GPA, available for at least 32 hours per week, and eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree full-time in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsabilités

• Conduct time studies and cycle time checks.
• Drafting: NX and AutoCAD.
• Writing and updating press documentation.
• Completing TPM Audits.
• Create performance-based reports.
• Conduct delay studies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist Manufacturing with Lean concepts in manufacturing and assembly.
• All other duties as assigned.
