Job summary

nVent's Mechanical Engineering Co-op Program in Solon, OH offers hands-on rotations across multiple engineering domains. You will work on product development, manufacturing support, and validation tasks within a collaborative, global environment.

We seek driven students pursuing an engineering degree with a mechanical focus, maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA. The program runs for 8 months, starting June 2027, and provides relocation/housing assistance for eligible candidates, along with paid time

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering with a mechanical or mechanical engineering technology focus.
• Current enrollment as a student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Available to complete a full-time co-op for 8 months in Solon, OH.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Engineering departments (Applications, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Labs and Product Approvals).
• Assist with design, testing, documentation, and process improvements within the co-op rotations.

Education

Undergraduate degree in engineering (mechanical preferred)

GPA of 3.0 or higher
