You will handle fresh merchandise, rotate stock, and operate case displays with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires weekend availability, clear communication, and adherence to all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Qualified and able to operate power and various job tools (automatic wrapper, slicer, grinder, power saw, and jack, etc.).
• Must work safely with cleaning solutions.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and help all department members.
• Able to tactfully and calmly handle stressful situations and make a positive impression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display merchandise in a neat, efficient, orderly manner.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain tools and supplies in designated areas; keep floors clean and safe.
• Stock display cases to ensure inventory levels and freshness; unload trucks.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policy and Health Dept. rules.
• Make a clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
• Able to communicate with customers and associates.
• Wait on customers promptly; greet and assist with finding products.
• Follow all laws, policies, and dress codes; maintain harassment-free environment.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely and cleanly.
• Perform any duties as assigned.
