Responsibilities include maintaining neat displays, checking quality, ensuring freshness and proper rotation, and keeping work areas clean and organized. You’ll work with team members to meet store goals while abiding by all laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Able to read shelf tags, signs, and product labels.
• Qualified to operate power tools (wrapper, slicer, grinder, power saw, jack).
• Work safely with cleaning solutions.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Meat work experience or similar food preparation background.
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Knowledge of OSHA and food handling regulations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and display merchandise in a neat, efficient, orderly manner.
• Check product quality; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Keep sales areas, backrooms, coolers clean and organized.
• Maintain equipment and keep floors safe and clutter-free.
• Unload trucks and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Provide good customer and associate relations.
• Wash and sanitize equipment per policies.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
• Follow all laws and company/state/federal rules.
• Maintain a professional, courteous work environment.
