Kroger Co. is seeking team members for the Meat department to perform general clean-up, stock, and customer service. You will greet customers, help with product displays, and ensure safe, high-quality food handling in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include temperature monitoring, product rotation, cash handling, and maintaining clean, organized areas. The role emphasizes the company values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.

• Wash and sanitize cookware and utensils per policies and health regulations.
• Maintain signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and space allocation.
• Maintain equipment and facilities safely according to company policies.
• Adhere to policies and laws; operate cash register per procedures.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively; act with honesty and integrity regarding information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support and assistance to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
• Perform all essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
