Responsabilités

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service; treats customers as the most important people in the store.
• Smiles and greets customers, addresses them by name when possible.
• Escort customers to products, secure items, load/unload heavy items, and pass along requests.
• Answers the telephone promptly with friendly service.
• Works with coworkers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Tenderizes, grinds, and cuts merchandise.
• Prepares cutting lists for case fills.
• Conducts cutting tests.
• Orders new items (not just replenishment).
• Monitors refrigeration for proper temperatures.
• Maintains hygiene and dress according to guidelines.
• Reports to work on schedule.
