Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of grocery retail experience in Meat department processes.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and weights/measure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department merchandising and productivity.
• Handle ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and communication.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Unload and sort deliveries and operate department equipment.
