Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in grocery/meat departments; proven leadership experience.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department merchandising and productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, and quality of meat products.
• Lead and train Meat & Seafood team to deliver high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
