Qualifications

• Previous experience in fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weights, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspects and stores meat upon delivery and ensures quality standards.
• Rotates case stock according to expiration dates and disposes of damaged items.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the meat department.
