Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in North Carolina is hiring for a Meat Department Team Member. You will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, while assisting Members with questions and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Ability to weigh, wrap, and label meat products.
• Excellent customer service and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by answering questions about meats, seafood, and prepared foods.
• Weigh, package, wrap, and label meats; assist the meat cutter as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the meat department.
• Rotate products and ensure cases are stocked and properly displayed.
• Attend to department policies, procedures and compliance.
