Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members for the Meat Department in Nashua, NH, to receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandize fresh and processed meats while assisting Members with questions and product recommendations. Maintain safety standards and contribute to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats.
• Knowledge of automatic/hand wrapping machines.
• Prior experience in a meat/deli department.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weigh, package, wrap, and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Assist meat cutter in packaging freshly cut meats and seafood.
• Rotate meats, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses according to expiration dates.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and keep areas clean and sanitized.
