Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent, with basic math skills.
• Be dependable and perform other duties as assigned.
• Have outgoing, friendly behavior and strong customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication, ability to take direction and work in a team.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow safety regulations.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 25–90 lbs, use pallet jack and assist with loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced meat department.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; rotate products to prevent aging.
• Assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Follow “Clean as You Go” and “Fresh at 4” programs and safety guidelines.
