• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• General housekeeping and sanitation of the department.
• Adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and assist customers with questions and special orders.
• Receive, store, and prepare meats; rotate stock and ensure freshness.
• Follow company programs like Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 to maintain cleanliness and quality.
