Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat Clerk to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. You will receive, store, and prepare meats, guide customers to products, and maintain safety and cleanliness per company standards.

This hands-on role requires the ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be dependable with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload and transport items from delivery.
• Assist customers with questions and special orders while maintaining cleanliness.
• Adhere to all safety, health, weights and measures regulations.
