Job summary

This role requires at least 2 years of meat cutting experience with leadership, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the stamina to handle lifting and standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of meat cutting experience in grocery/restaurant settings with leadership responsibility.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of the Meat & Seafood Department.
• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists; maximize sales and gross profit.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in bi-annual reviews.
• Maintain product standards, scheduling, and adherence to policy.
