Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists; maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings.
• Recruit, hire, and collaborate with Store Manager on promotions and transfers.
• Address team member concerns with independent judgment and appropriate actions.
• Create and adjust schedules to maximize productivity; communicate standards and policies.
• Lead a team delivering high-quality product and exceptional customer service.
• Serve as Key Carrier and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
