Responsibilities

• Assist Meat & Seafood Manager and act in his/her absence.
• Plan attractive meat and seafood displays and ensure stock is fresh.
• Supervise department staff and manage schedules and training.
• Negotiate with suppliers for favorable prices and terms.
• Maintain price labeling, UPCs, and POS data.
