Responsibilities

• Lead the department in the absence of the department manager and assistant manager.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Utilize store systems for management planning, scheduling, CAO, and RF Unit.
• Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.
• Meet or exceed all applicable Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop product knowledge in meat/seafood areas including cooking procedures.
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and follow appearance policy.
• Maintain communication across the department and organization.
• Support safety standards and report needed repairs or maintenance.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
