Kj’s Market in Greenwood, SC is hiring for a Meat/Seafood Dept Host. You’ll greet guests, support selling skills, ensure product quality, stock, and maintain safety and sanitation. You’ll help achieve department goals, train and guide hosts, and manage inventory with proper ordering.

Competenze

• Should possess good interpersonal skills, effective selling skills, and have an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others and interact with guests.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment.

Mansioni

• Ensures all guests receive polite, friendly greetings and interactions from the Beef Shoppe hosts.
• Achieves budgeted sales, supply/wrap, shrink and gross profits for the meat and seafood departments.
• Maintains inventory and supplies for the meat and seafood departments; ensures in stock conditions through proper ordering.
• Operates the department according to merchandising and operational programs and guidelines.
• Maintains high quality and freshness of products; ensures all products are in date.
• Maintains safety and sanitation standards in all areas handling meat/seafood.
• Provides guidance, orientation, training to meat/seafood hosts to ensure performance.
• Performs product preparation, receiving, stocking, and guest service as necessary.
• Maintains department labor budget and optimal hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
