You will oversee daily operations, plan promotions, manage inventory, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, be able to lift 40+ lbs, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience in related fields.
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; may relocate.
• Capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures/trainings.
• Able to read, write, speak, and respond to information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for sensitive situations and docs.
• Familiar with inventory management programs, Microsoft Office, SAP.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and supervision.
• Manage daily department operations and meet company standards.
• Collaborate with store management on promotions to meet sales targets.
• Maintain displays, ensure freshness, and keep shelves stocked.
• Place orders based on stock, promotions, and delivery schedules.
• Receive shipments and check quantities and quality.
• Manage inventory movements (FIFO) and cycle counts.
• Familiar with local vendors and products.
• Use labelling and price sign tools efficiently.
• Provide schedules and attendance for department staff.
• Coach, train, mentor, and review performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Perform other duties as required.
