Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market is seeking a Coordinator team member to plan, direct and supervise day-to-day department operations, including scheduling, staffing, hiring and training. You will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–3 years of retail experience, and at least 1 year of management. Serv Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience in natural foods is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, staff and hire to meet department needs.
