Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists in scheduling, staffing selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning with career paths and development needs.
• Supports disciplinary actions and recommendations on discharge.
• Achieve department sales, labor and margin goals in the P&L plan.
• Ensure product pricing accuracy and freshness in displays.
• Coach and train department team members and ensure proper backroom organization.
