Job summary

Harris Teeter in Sterling, Virginia, is seeking an Assistant Market Manager - DLT to supervise the Meat/Seafood Department and assist the Meat/Seafood Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.

You will interview and train associates, plan and direct work, and help appraise performance while addressing complaints and resolving issues to ensure high standards of customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 2–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in and successfully complete required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
