Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting or butchery preferred.
• Knowledge of meat cuts, seafood products, processing techniques, and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to assist in both meat and seafood departments as business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Cut, trim, grind, and prepare meat products for display and sale.
• Package, label, and stock products according to standards.
