• The Meat Clerk II is responsible for providing meat preparation services for customers, filling the service counter and self-service cases, and waiting on guests at the counter.
• The Meat Clerk II is expected to use meat operating tools and equipment up to 60% of the time.
• In stores that feature a Smokehouse, this role assists the Smokehouse Manager by creating superior sausage and other smokehouse products.
• The position focuses on delivering continuous exceptional guest service, ensuring quality and freshness of meat, seafood and smokehouse products, educating customers at the counter, attracting guests with product samples and suggestive selling, and keeping meat and seafood cases well stocked.
