Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services and fill service counter and self-service cases.
• Wait on guests at the counter and ensure product freshness.
• Use meat operating tools and equipment up to 60% of the time.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
