Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk II to provide meat preparation services, stock the service counter and self-service cases, and assist guests at the counter. The role emphasizes high-quality product freshness, engaging customer service, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations.

You will work with meat operating tools, support the Smokehouse team when needed, and contribute to a friendly store atmosphere with samples and suggestive selling.

Qualifications

• Meat handling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers at the counter.
• Educate and assist customers at the meat and seafood service counter.
• Maintain fully stocked meat and seafood cases.
• Operate meat operating tools and equipment as required.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager with sausage and smokehouse products when applicable.
