Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers at the counter and in self-service cases.
• Use meat operating tools and equipment up to 60% of the time.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
• Ensure superior quality and freshness of all meat, seafood and smokehouse products.
• Educate and assist customers at the meat and seafood service counter.
• Keep meat and seafood cases fully stocked.
• Engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation regulations.
