Coborn’s Meat Department is seeking a Meat Clerk II to provide meat preparation services for customers, stock the service counter and self-service cases, and greet guests at the counter. You will operate meat processing tools, assist with sausage and smokehouse products where applicable, and uphold food safety and freshness standards in a friendly, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers.
• Fill the service counter and self-service cases.
• Wait on guests at the counter.
• Operate meat operating tools up to 60% of the time.
• Assist Smokehouse Manager by creating sausage and other smokehouse products where applicable.
