Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk II to provide meat preparation services, staff the service counter, and assist guests at the counter. You will help keep meat and seafood cases stocked and fresh, while engaging customers with samples and up-selling where appropriate.

The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and strict adherence to health, safety and sanitation rules across meat, seafood, and smokehouse products.

Responsibilities

• Provide meat preparation services for customers and assist at the meat and seafood service counter.
• Fill the service counter and self-service cases with products and ensure freshness.
• Educate and assist customers, engage guests with samples, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
• Assist the Smokehouse Manager in creating meat products where applicable and ensure health and safety standards.
