You will receive, store, grind, and prepare meats, while adhering to safety standards and company programs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. This role involves standing long hours and lifting heavy items.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the meat department.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Lift up to 90 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload deliveries.
• Assist customers with questions, orders, and product location.
• Follow “Clean as You Go” and “Fresh at 4” programs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and rotate products to prevent aging.
• Support team with handling and prepping meat products.
