Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Meat Clerk to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will receive, store, and grind meats, weigh items, and assist customers with special orders while following strict safety and sanitation guidelines.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 90 lbs, and working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. DailyPay and employee benefits are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Friendly, outgoing, and able to interact with customers.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and grind meats; unload from delivery trucks.
• Count and weigh incoming items; check against invoices.
• Rotate meats to prevent aging; maintain product knowledge.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and handle special orders.
• Follow Clean as You Go and Fresh at 4 programs and other department procedures.
