Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Meat Department Team Member to receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandize fresh and processed meats while assisting Members with questions and product recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced club environment, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and support other departments as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a positive member experience daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspects and stores meat upon delivery and ensures case stock is maintained.
• Rotates products according to expiration dates and maintains safety standards.
