Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• 18 years of age minimum.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English; basic writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Clean work areas and unload stock; reload salvage as needed.
• Perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.
