Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time meat/seafood clerk to process, package, and stock meat products, while delivering excellent customer service. You will also unload stock, reload salvage, and step in as seafood clerk when needed. The role requires teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates must be 18+, with a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience). Training will be provided to ensure quality service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and understand simple English instructions.
• Ability to write simple English correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process/pack meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Stock and stock shelves; clean work areas.
• Provide customer service; unload stock; reload salvage.
• Perform seafood clerk duties when assigned.
