Dierbergs Markets is seeking Meat Associates to join our team in a fast-paced retail meat department. You will stock meat cases, weigh and wrap products, and assist customers with product knowledge and ordering needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to follow safety and food-handling guidelines.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Willingness to work a schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Hepatitis A vaccination (MO only).
• Cross-training in other departments may occur.

Responsibilities

• Stock meat and keep cases well-stocked and presentable.
• Process customer orders accurately and assist customers.
• Weigh, wrap, and label merchandise.
• Break down loads and transfer to carts.
• Cut, trim, and weigh meats for production and customer requests.
