Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Follow safety and food-handling guidelines.
• Read and locate basic information from product specs and temperature gauges.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Stock, food handling, clean and help customers.
• Represent our quality products with expertise and enthusiasm.
• Learn about meat products and communicate your knowledge to customers.
• Promote our products via suggestive selling techniques.
• Weigh, wrap, and label merchandise.
• Examine, stock, and rotate meats according to sell-by date.
• Break down loads and transfer to carts.
• Cut, trim, and weigh meats for production and customer requests.
• Work in refrigerator and freezer environments.
• Keep work area sanitary with company cleaners and equipment.
