Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Experience with portion cutting meat.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for orders.

Responsibilities

• Direct the short-term flow and organization of the production area.
• Accurately cut to trim and yield specifications as per cut tickets.
• Label products and equipment to conform to safety regulations.
• Record data to produce cutting yield tests.
• Count inventory levels and maintain supervisor-set levels.
• Ensure product specs meet guidelines and USDA guidelines.
