Job summary

Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. is seeking a meat processing technician to prepare formulations, grind and blend raw meat for processing. You will log batch data, verify ingredients, and ensure accurate labeling for traceability.

The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures, PPE, and GMP standards in a cold plant environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-driven, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load grinder with raw meat and monitor blending process.
• Log raw meat information, ingredients, and batch data.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move materials.
• Apply labels for lot traceability and complete batch paperwork.
• Follow safety rules and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Train backup personnel and assist with PT machines.
