Qualifications

• Reliable and self-driven with minimal supervision.
• Forklift/Pallet jack certification required.

Responsibilities

• Load grinder with raw meat and log information.
• Scan, verify and log ingredients and meat data.
• Move raw meat from hopper to blender and add ingredients as per recipe.
• Monitor blend during mixing and verify consistency.
• Label tubs with date, quantity, ingredients for traceability.
• Complete batch sheets and rework logs; maintain paperwork.
• Assist with PT machines and train backup personnel.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety rules.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to move raw materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
