Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Work on and around machinery and chemicals.
• Able to work in temperatures ≤ 35°F for 8 hours.
• Preference for candidates with at least 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment in preparation for startup.
• Remove heads and chiseling cheek bones in viscera sections as described.
• Monitor area for trash and debris and keep clean.
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment.
• Clean up area at end of production shift.
• Work 8 hours on concrete floor, with standing, stooping, walking, climbing.
