Job summary

Responsible for removing heads from viscera pan and chiseling both cheek bones inside and out. Set up area with all needed equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Must perform minor maintenance on equipment. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work on and around machinery and chemicals. Must clean up area at end of production shift, including but not limited to sweeping, picking up debris from the floor, and spraying work areas. Must be able to perform the following task for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor, some of which may include but is not limited to standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting.
